Hollywood Hotels - See the Sign?

Anyone know of any hotels in Hollywood where you can see the sign? What general area do you need to be in to be able to see it from a street level? Thanks.

Unfortunately, I don't think there's many places to see the sign from street level. However, the "Hollywood and Highland" project has some great vantage points on their upper level concourse. Also, the Renaissance Hotel is part of the Hollywood and Highland project. I know you can see it from the hotel.

This is right across from the El Capitan theater (for your Disney fix) and also right next door to Grauman's Chinese Theater.

The sign is in a residental area up in the Hollywood Hills. There are no hotels in the immediate area. Perhaps the Renissance Hotel which is right next door to the Hollywood & Highland center might have a view but I doubt it. Check with the hotel directly.

The view from the Hollywood and Highland center is a really nice view which will offer a nice photo op because of the way the center has framed the view of it. I've seen it on Beachwood Canyon Drive and if you drive up that street a bit, you'll be a little closer therefore it will appear larger. Defintely larger than what is pictured on the above mentioned website and larger than what you would see from the Hollywood/Highland center.
