We had ADRs for H&V two weeks ago for lunch, and I was SO CLOSE to cancelling, because of the horrible reviews, but DS and DN were excited to see JoJo, so I decided to keep them.

I'm so glad that we did! The food was very good (hot and a large selection), the service was very good and so were the characters. The place was not busy at all.

I'm surprised that this place gets such bad reviews. Maybe we just got lucky??:thumbsup2

We did cancel and now we have the Grand Floridian Cafe for dinner, but with no Fantasmic package . We listened to all the bad reviews and maybe that's what happened here...maybe Disney finally listened? Could be! Glad you enjoyed your meal , lets hope it continues to get mostly good reviews from now on :) .

I have to say we had lunch there on Easter last year and enjoyed the food very much. I don't understand the bad press it gets, but to each their own.

We are one of those who hate the place and we won't ever go back again. But I'm glad you went with your decision to go for your DS and DN. Everyone has different experiences. And maybe Disney heard enough of the complaints about this place and have improved it.

Glad you had a good time.

Last year we did breakfast there and were very happy with it , food was good, average breakfast buffet choices ,but hot and good , service was good and the character interaction was GREAT!!

Glad you enjoyed it! We are one of those who really like it and eat there nearly every trip. :)
