Hollywood and Vine - no characters?

I have heard that there are no longer characters at Hollywood & Vine in MGM - is this true?

Does this mean that there is no character breakfast at all in MGM?

We were really looking forward to seeing Minnie and Goofy in their glad rags in September.

Any advice for an alternative?

H&V now only serves dinner and there are not characters there.
