Hollywood and Vine breakfast question

Bumping this up because I am trying to decide whether to keep an 8am adr. Now that I don't have to worry about JTA sign up the advantage would just be to get to either TSM or RnR before the masses. Anyone experienced an early adr there lately?

I decided to cancel my 8am breakfast ADR. We don't care anything about the characters and decided it isn't worth it to us. This doesn't help you but thought I would say what we decided anyway. I figure the cost of breakfast will probably pay for 2 QS meals another time.

That's what I'm leaning towards. DS is almost 8 and has pretty much outgrown the Disney Jr characters and now with no need to hurry to JTA sign up, I don't think it would be worth the cost.

It is just my daughter and I going and we don't even know the characters and figured it would be pretty uncomfortable for them to come to our table and we don't want anything to do with it. We were honestly just going to do it to get into the park early but with the way RD is working now...don't think it is worth it.
