Is Richard Whitely from Countdown and Kate whatshername on this programme?? If so we saw them last Saturday whilst filming in Old Town Kissimmee looking at the vintage cars. My husband was gawping saying I know you from somewhere but for the life of us we couldn't place their faces!!!

Lisa, yes it is the one with trevor nelson,richard whiteltly and kate thornton.We bumped into them at AKL lodge whilst out there and had a nice chat with trevor nelson, doubt our views about AKL will be aired, but trevor was nice!!!!.

LOL I must have missed this - when was this I missed bits and pieces as I was going to and from rooms.

All in all I thought it was a really good programme and so much better than the normal little bits you see on other holiday programmes. Really well done

Good programme . . . but did I hear right that someone was on their 40th trip (or was it 14 - I was making tea at the time so was watching in a noisy kitchen, so will watch the one I've video'd later when DH gets in from footy ).

There's just so much to say about Orlando that it's amazing how succinctly they did the show - very enjoyable from the little I've seen so far.

You did hear right it was 40th. I've seen it but I'm going to keep the tape so that the kids can watch it tommorrow - as if they weren't already excited enough about going again LOL

I had to record this as I was at Brownies (leader not Brownie) at 7pm. I really enjoyed it especially when Simon appeared. I shouted "it's him! It's him." but as DH doesn't read these boards he hadn't got a clue why I was so excited.

My mum rang me to say put on BBC 1 straight away!

We saw the last 15 minutes and I'm really pleased they recommended Boggy Creek and Old Town as they are two places on our list to do.

Sandie, Dont get toooo excited about old town, its nothing great, weve just visited, and all it consisted off was cheap tatty tourist souviners,and awful shops!!!.
I definatelty wouldnt go again.

OK, I watched it, but didn't see Simon. Where did he appear?

I did start yelling at the screen when Kate Thornton was despatched to Downtown Orlando. WHAT ARE YOU GOING THERE FOR? HALF OF IT'S CLOSED! GO TO CITYWALK! I felt quite smug when she found out for herself. Looks like they rely totally on the public 'calling the shots' and don't do any research themselves.

That's what I was thinking when them mentioned downtown Orlando. Most of it closed down years ago didn't it, we never actually got round to getting there ourselves which was a shame. Never mind as you say City Walks is the place to go now.

I thought the programme ok as far as it went but that's about all - I always end up screaming at the TV saying nooooooooooooooo!

I thought that Church Street Station was in dire financial difficulties and was due to be closed down ages ago.

Jungle Jims - why not go to the one at Crossroads?

I did cringe a bit when the whole of Florida appears to be centred around International Drive! - Yikes

And those brochure prices! - run for the hills - I'm just glad that there are boards like these out there that can point people in the right direction.
