Holiday Wishes from WL?

I'm wondering how well you can see Holiday Wishes from WL (down by Geyser Point)?

I'm thinking of ditching our MVMCP plans. We've done it before and it was fun, but I can't wrap my head around spending $300 on essentially a parade and fireworks this year. My DS10 and DH will want to leave after the fireworks and with the parade at 8:30 and fireworks at 10, I feel like we will spend the majority of the party just waiting in spots for these events. I was thinking maybe I could at least get a glimpse of the fireworks from WL? Thanks for any thoughts!

Nope. Not from there.

Just take the short shuttle boat ride from WL to the Contemporary Resort, and head up to the CR's 4th floor outdoor observation deck to see (and hear) the fireworks show.

The 15th Floor Observation is restricted to patrons of the California Grill/Bar that evening.

The tweet says it’s from Geyser Point but I can’t really tell exactly where they are standing from the video. As you can see, it’s not ideal.

I’m assuming you didn’t book a room type that could face the MK?
