Holiday Vouchers???

This is probably gonna be a stupid question but alot of people seem to use vouchers for Virgin holidays, and I see quite a few Thomas Cook vouchers on eBay etc.

Where do people get these from? Is it usually from competitions? Or have these people actually bought these vouchers??

We find Tesco expensive and a long way from us so never done it but many do. Sometimes the vouchers are worth using, other times it just brings price down to DIY price.

Not a Tesco fan myself, plus Asda & Sainsbury's are more local to me anyway
