Holiday Villas

I am sure this has been answered before, but, the search function is not functioning at all, so, forgive the redundancy.
I have just made ressies for two nights at the Holiday Villas.
The cost 84.00 per night plus tax for a two bedroom unit.
So, what I need to know is, how are these villas? How far from Sea World or WDW? I am sure if they are bad we can endure 2 nights before we are off to our home resort, OKW. (weekend points are so costly and we found that we can vacation twice on our points if we eliminate weekends).
So, any info would be appreciated.

Hi Gail.... "Holiday Villas" is a generic name for a number of different condo complexes....Ask your agent if you are in one of these condos, Villas at Sommerset, Island Club, Laguna Bay or Royal palm Bay...these were all built by the same company...nice two and 3 bedroom units with nice pool.
Sommerset is the best location just off hwy 192 east of Disney on Poinciana Blvd...others are nice but farther from Disney.....Island Club are newer and not a bad location at all.....I think you will find them very satifactory especially for the price...Ted

I will ask. I rented via Lodging.com and they said I could call the Villa's office within 72 hours of my arrival.
Funny thing, there is no mention of that cleaning fee on my confirmation, in the area that states additional fees, it says "$0.00, wonder what will happen.

I just did a search for Holiday Villas and read a couple of your posts. I booked a 3BR for $99/nt through Expedia.com and there was NO mention of a cleaning fee. I di see one posted on the Holiday Villas own website. Pleas tell me if I am going to be hit w/ a fee upon check out. What happened w/your stay?
