As I have said in a few other threads (and I am sure you guys are sick of me by now LOL) we are going on the 29th of Dec for just the one day. We are going to be doing the happiest birthday AND the Holiday tour so have very limited time to do anything else.

I was wondering if the parade time is included in the 2.5 hours or is AFTER the 2.5 tour time. The reason I ask is we have a lunch PS at 11:30 and then we are doing the birthday thing at 2 but I know that isn't much and I doubt my parents will even eat the cake (I wish they could just go in and watch and not have to buy the cake cuz neither of them will eat it but whatever).

Anyway the tour we have to be at CH at 4:05 and if it doesn't end till 7ish and THEN we have to watch the parade I don't see us having time to eat dinner.

I was going to make a PS at Storytellers for dinner but we want to see the fireworks and I think if we leave the park after the parade we would not make it back in time.

Any help would be GREAT!!

Thanks!

The Parade is AFTER the tour. You will be seated by Its a Small World. They give you Hot Cocoa (in a nice Disney plastic mug) and a ginger bread man cookie at the end of the tour also. (Along with a cute pin, I might add!)

I agree, that you wouldn't want to leave the park for dinner. Perhaps Plaza Inn, or one of the other park restaurants would suit the timing better.

I'm so excited to do this tour! I just booked for Friday December 16th. :cool1:

Thanks so much CalifGrl. That was kind of what I was thinking too so I guess if the parade is at 6:30 it would be over I would hope by 7 or 7:30 at the latest? So we should hopefully have time to grab some chow? I am actually thinking Rancho Zocal cuz we never seem to have trouble getting in there but the plaza I have seen packed to the gills esp if the parade just ended and people are trying to eat before the fireworks.

Thanks so much for the info!!

We are also doing the Holiday Tour on Dec 29th, but our tour is at 1:00. I am so excited that we got in. Have a great time! :yay:

We did the holiday tour in November, 18th i think it was. Our guide was a CM called Rusden...he was sensational...if anyone else see's him please say hi from the crazy Australians....lol..
He was just a delight..

The parade itself is not very long at all. About 20 minutes I would say so you'd have time afterward for dinner. When did the tour the parade was by It's a small world and we actually went to the plaza afterwards for dinner and it was practically empty but we may have just been lucky. But on our way to the Plaza we walked through Rancho and that also was empty.

We're going on the tour on Christmas Day at 1:00! :cheer2: Afterwards were going to have Christmas dinner at Goofy's Kitchen :santa: Only 11 days to go!!
