Holiday Restaurant Pricing @ Whispering Canyon?

We're eating at Whispering Canyon on Dec 23... will the skillet be higher than $26.99 per person?

I'm wondering if I should just get DDP for that one night or if my TiW will be sufficient... (We've got DVC ressie for one night at VWL.) We're not really needing desserts, so I feel that unless they have higher prices that night, I'll just stick with TiW.

I am wondering the same thing about Liberty Tree Tavern. We have ADR's for 12/17 and I am not sure when the "holiday surchage" starts. Thanks

Liberty Tree will be at dinner only. Whispering Canyon will not.

The increase applies only to fixed price restaurants (where the entire meal costs the same in all cases)

That does seem a little late to start those absurb charges, but I hope for you that they are right. I was thinking that it started around the 16th or 17th. But maybe I'm wrong.

I hope you are right too! I guess I really just don't want to pay the extra "fee" and I would try to change the date to earlier in the week if need be.

I do believe that it does start on the 20th. I called and ask and they told me the same thing. We just might pay out of pocket for just one more character meal now, before I would not dare pay the absurd dining charge.
