Ok ive started to plan my holiday - here is what i have so far - it sounds a bit hectic but we have 28 people coming out to WDW for our wedding and we want to spend time with everybody!

Thursday 30th Nov – Arrive at hotel, Counter Service at Epcot and Illuminations

Friday 1st Dec – Get to MK for the opening – we have little kids in the party who have never been to WDW so they want to see the opening show! Breakfast at Crystal Palace. Spend most of the day in MK, head back to hotel mid afternoon. Evening at crossroads – play pirates cove (the kids LOVE mini golf!) and pick up some bits and bobs from the supermarket.

Saturday 2nd Dec – Spend the morning at Epcot. We have the wedding suits being fitted at 2pm that afternoon. Lunch at Garden Grill. Evening at Epcot – Hopefully dinner at Bistro de Paris if I can get ADR’s.

Sunday 3rd Dec – Typhoon Lagoon (weather permitting!) until about 2pm. Wedding rehearsal at 4pm. ADR’s for Ohana’s at 5:15pm – This is our “welcome party” for all of our guests – 30people in total so should be fun! Afterwards Gary (Future DH) and the guys are heading to DTD for some drinks “bachelor night” type of thing.

Monday 4th Dec – Around the World on a Segway Tour – we are hoping to book this as our gift to the Best Man and Usher. Lunch at CRT. Any last minute wedding stuff. Gary will then head off with the Best Man to their Villa in Kissimmee. Im then having a few last night drinks at Capt N Jacks in DTD.

Tuesday 5th Dec – Day of the Wedding

Wednesday 6th – Late Breakfast at Cape May Café, Day at Seaworld – depending on what time we get back, dinner at Big River.

Thursday 7th – Morning at AK. Chill out in the afternoon before heading over for dinner at CP before MVMCP.

Friday 8th – Up at 4am :sad2: – we have a wedding photoshoot scheduled inside the MK before the park opens! Very lazy day!! MGM in the evening – dinner at Brown Derby

Saturday 9th Dec – Free Day to visit wherever! Dinner at Blue Zoo.

Sunday 10th Dec – MGM Studios in the day. MK in the Evening – dinner at California Grill

Monday 11th Dec – Gary and the rest of the guys are playing Golf till about 3pm. Downtown Disney in the Evening.

Tuesday 12th Dec – Universal and IOA

Wednesday 13th Dec –Day in MK. Dinner at San Angel Inn in Epcot.

Thursday 14th Dec – Going on a 3 day Disney Cruise

Friday 15th Dec – Cruise

Saturday 16th – Cruise

Sunday 17th Dec – Head back to WDW – we have a free night at the GF. :woohoo: Last night fireworks at Epcot.

Monday 18th Dec – Day to finally go home – morning in MK before coach picks us up.

Tuesday 19th Dec – Arrive home – Book next Disney Holiday!!! :rotfl:

What do you think? Ive got quite a few ADR's already booked but i can always cancel them if need be.

Im also thinking of moving my last night - with Disney weddings i get 1 free night at any hotel of my choice! i choose the GF originally as i thought im never likely to be able to afford to stay there but we love to spend the last night at Epcot and wander across the boardwalk - is this going to be too awkward? :confused3

:thumbsup2 It sounds an amazing holiday! Congratualtions in advance :goodvibes

I don't think you will have any problems spending your last night at Epcot- You could take the monorail to Epcot and perhaps take the boat from the broadwalk to MGM to get a bus back to the GF. However just a thought.. There are some (expensive) stunning deluxe hotels on the broadwalk- maybe you could have your free night there instead of the GF?

We did think about that but we are already staying at the Yacht Club for the rest of the holiday - thank god for wedding group discounts!

I may have a look at the Boardwalk though....

It sounds great, Good Luck with it all. How do you fancy making it 29 people? :teeth:

Sounds great Laura :) If you are already staying in the Epcot resort area I would use your 1 night for another area. For me I would choose the Poly or GF :)

Can't wait for your trip report.

Go for the GF - we stayed there for our honeymoon. Fantastic hotel, especially if like us you get a lagoon view, get a bottle of bubby and sit on the balcony and watch the fireworks. Very romantic I just wish we could afford to stay there again.

We stayed at GF in a MK view room overlooking the Marina. It was absolutely lovely.

We would get a plate of dessert offerings and a glass of champagne from the Concierge lounge, and sit on our balcony watching Wishes - really romantic.

I would advise you to keep your reservation at GF - a wonderful resort and with the most helpful CM's we have ever met.
