With only 3 weeks to go, it looks likely that I wont be allowed to fly. Im having a very bad time with my pregnancy. As yet, nothing has been diagnosed (got a big hospital appointment tomorrow) but Im suffering blinding headaches, pain in my legs and in my groin. Also, my GP "found something" wrong in a urine test I did on Friday, and that has been sent away for testing.

I feel like absolute pants right now and dont know which way to turn. The way I feel right now, I dont feel I COULD fly, but the thought of letting down the kids (and DH who has worked so hard all year) makes me feel sick.

Im hoping they are going to say its just an infection or something silly, but deep down Im not confident. DH says we can pay for a private scan and obs appointment if the NHS one tomorrow is "vague". They can fit me in with 24 hours notice, so I should know for sure by the end of the week.

Sorry to moan, but just sitting here typing is making me feel better than sitting around brooding.

Allie i really hope everything is ok. Sending lots of :grouphug: and pixie dust :)

Allie, feel guilty that I asked in another thread who you were going with :guilty:

Hope you are okay, but if the doctors advise not to fly I'm sure the family will understand. :grouphug:

Thoughts and pixie dusk :sunny:

:grouphug: Sorry to hear of your news Allie, :wizard: Good luck with the tests and remember you can always go on holiday later, your health (and the baby's) is far more important

I know its really disappointing but maybe its best if you dont go. It sounds like pre-eclampsia which is very serious and even if you decide you feel ok now it can change very quickly. I had this last year, I had a few headaches and my urine test showed protein and before I knew it I was in hospital. Its really not worth taking a chance over.

Sorry to hear you news sending lots of hugs for tomorrow and i hope everything will be ok for you.

Sending you :grouphug: and :wizard: hope everything goes ok please don't take risks your health is so much more important,

im sorry to hear this allie :grouphug: as long as you and the baby are ok thats all that matters.
i hope you feel better soon :wizard:

Allie, sorry to hear you're having a hard time with the pregnancy and fingers crossed your tests show nothing serious :wizard:

Allie, I'm sorry you're having such a tough time with your pregnancy (belated congratulations as well). I really hope it turns out to be nothing serious, sending mega love, hugs and pixie dust that all is well. I'm sure if you had to cancel the holiday everyone would understand, you and your baby's lives are a lot more important :grouphug:

So sorry to hear this Allie

Here's loads of :wizard: :wizard: Hoping everything turns out ok

:grouphug:

Allie

:( Sorry to hear you are having a bad time, let us know how it goes. I will keep my fingers crossed for you.

Oh Allie :grouphug:

I am sorry

You must not know where you are. I hope you get some answers soon

Look after yorself and Jr. If the worst comes to the worst and you can't fly your family will understand - don't beat yourself up about the thought of this too as you have enough on your plate

Take Care

Awww Allie :( Im keeping my fingers and toes crossed for you :wizard:

sending lot of :wizard: :wizard: and :grouphug: :grouphug:
hope everything goes well for you with the tests

Rember WDW will always been there :grouphug:

Good luck for tomorrow Allie. I really hope they can get everything under control but, as everyone else has said, your health and the baby's are all that really matter - WDW will wait for you and welcome you at a future date if you can't make this one!!

Sorry to hear of your problems and very much hope everything works out okay for you. I can understand you not wanting you family to suffer a disappointment of a cancelled holiday but remember you and the baby mean far more to them than a holiday, please don't worry about their disappointment. The most important thing now is your health and the baby's and you have to put yourself as number one. :grouphug:
