Holiday Inn Universal

My daughter just called from Orlando (lucky her!) I made reservations for her and a friend at the Holiday Inn Universal several weeks ago. I used the internet rate of $53.40 per night. At the same time I signed up for the priority Club (earns points for nights stayed - it's free) When she got there today they said "Oh, you've been upgraded to a suite because you're in the priority club" Wow was she excited!! She says it's an "awsome" suite and it's right across the street from Universal City Walk, plus, she thinks I'm a genious (ha! ha!). I don't know if this is normal but it wouldn't hurt to try it if you're planning to stay at a Holiday Inn!!

More times than not, I've gotten the complimentary upgrade to a suite when I've stayed at the HI properties (because of the Priority Club), but I've always had to ask for it. She (and you) did great!
