Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort

We are going to WDW during Spring Break and had to change our dates so we will be staying 2 nights at Holiday Inn SunSpree and the rest of the nights at CBR. Has anyone stayed here before? We are getting a kidsuite with a kitchenette. It looks really nice and doesn't look too far from the parks. Does anyone have any information about their shuttle service?
