Hi, i am flying in with my family(a big group of 12) from the UK in 10 days and we have 14 days booked here, how did you find the cleanliness and the staff ?
We previously stayed at the howard johnson on kirkman and the quality inn near macdonalds but decided to go a little up market after bad rooms at both of these the last time we were there(2004), any help and info greatfully received,

Cleanliness Rooms, courtyard, pool, all very good

Staff Very friendly and helpful

2 of the 3 elevators were broken for about 2 days.

Very close to Universal, about 5 minutes

Photos are of a tower room which was recommended to me by another diser.

im going there 2moro! hehe! i was wondering why was a tower room reconmended!? i think i want a tower room!? does is cost any dearer or do u just request a tower room on arival!?
