Holiday Inn Express on International Dr

I have read some real horror stories about other hotels in the area and am wondering about this one. We will be getting in late on our first night and I reserved a 1 night room here. Has anyone stayed here before? I am worried about crime & vermin.

When we got to Florida a day early we stayed there for
1 night. We thought it was fine. The room and beds were
clean and the staff seemed friendly. They had a decent
size pool which my kids loved and the hotel was within walking distance many things. I wouldn't hesitate staying there again
for a couple of nights.
