Holiday Inn Express LBV opinions?

Came across Holiday Inn Express Lake Buena Vista on travelocity. The photos look nice and great reviews on Tripadvisor too. I thought it would be a great alternative for a budget trip. Any Disers out there have any thoughts on this place? Any recent visits by anyone?

there was a time when it got bad reviews.

but maybe they fixed the problems.

the rooms were not being kept up and were dirty.

pets are allowed here. so if this is a problem go elsewhere.
