We're looking to stay here next trip. It's right next to the Mickey & Friends parking lot so thinking of staying here and walking to the trams. Anyone stayed here/recommend, thoughts? Thanks.

It's not right next to...you'll have to walk down the street to Magic way then to the lot entrance and to tram....might be faster to just head thru DTD

Well, that's the last time I trust Google Earth, looked close enough...

I stay there quite a bit and it is predicable mediocre as I like to say...nice and clean but nothing fancy.

To get to the parks it is a bit more of a hike than a hotel on Harbor. You walk down S Walnut to Magic Way then you have the option to cut through the oversize lot and hop on the tram or turn right into Downtown Disney and enter by ESPN Zone.

Tram actually takes a bit longer but is a shorter walk. We usually just huff it but typically don't have any tired kids in tow...just tired adults!

Thanks Parkhopper. It's on our list next to the Sheraton Park hotel. Looking for a better hotel than the last place we stayed. Last trip we stayed at the Days Inn on Ball Rd. (a failed experiment of doing a trip on the cheap). It was good for a shower and bed, but that's about it. We're going about Oct. so we can do the MHP, and finally catch a Ducks and/or Kings game.

Stay away from Ball Road, there is a reason those hotels are so much cheaper.

Look at the Springhill Suites Anaheim Resort/Convention Center, Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn and BWP Park Place Inn, Candy Cane Motel, Desert Inn, even the Park Vue would beat the hotels on Ball (except maybe the other Springhill Suites, but the location is still bad).

Yeah, we learned that lesson well about the Ball Rd. hotels; even told the tale on TripAdvisor. At least the daytime activities made up for it (the park, area museums, beautiful weather, etc.) Thanks for the suggestions, I'll check them out.
