Holiday Hoopla after 12/25??

This is our family’s first time going to WDW in December and we are incredibly excited! We’ll be there 12/29-1/1. Since we are holiday season newbies, we’re wondering if all of the Christmas hoopla is still in full swing after 12/25? I know the parties are over. Does anything else end after Christmas day?

In my past experience, most of it stays around. I can’t remember exactly which things stop, but the majority sticks around until around January 8ish.

Virtually everything that can "stop" (i.e. holiday shows and events) does stop after Jan. 1.

But, the decorations do tend to remain up longer than that.

Candlelight Processional and the holiday food booths are open through 12/30. I think the gingerbread houses at the resorts are open until then, but they may shut down sooner. The decorations seem to stay up until the weekend after New Years.

NYE fireworks on December 30th at MK are a must see for us!
