I'm new here, so forgive my ignorant questions. After some searching, it's clear that Christmas week is considered the busiest week of the year. Considering this year Christmas is on a Saturday, do we think the crowd will be bad the 24th all the way to the 1st?

We are considering going Dec. 30- Jan 3rd. Can someone give me an idea of what that time frame will look like from a crowd perspective?

Thanks everyone!

Historically the 2 weeks around Christmas and New Years are some of the busiest of the year. Considering schools don't re-open until Jan 4th I would anticipate very high crowds on those days with possibly starting to decrease a bit each day beginning Jan 2rd or 3rd but that's about it.

Agree with PP. Expect the crowds to start growing the week of December 19, with the biggest crowds starting on Dec. 24 through the weekend of Jan. 2. We spent the week before Christmas at WDW a few years back, leaving on the Friday before Christmas and I can't even begin to describe how big the crowds were by the time we left. The resorts and parks were jam packed.
