I'm new and I don't know how to get a countdown calender at the bottom of my posts

Can anyone help me please ?

Hi Alex,
If you click on "The Dis Discussion Forums" link towards the top left hand corner of this page,then click on the "Technical Support" link at the bottom of the list you will see a message titled "get your countdowns here".Click on the message and all will be revealed.
