I called to ask a dining question about my upcoming March trip, and then asked if they had any written confirmation about buffet holiday surcharges (4.00/adult & 2.00/child)) for 2010 and CM said no.
So, I asked him to check on July 6th (peak summer season), and then we compared to regular price and the system is definitely showing the buffet surcharge or upcharge as he called it.
Here is the info:
Garden Grill January 23 - $33.01/adult
Garden Grill July 6 - $37.27/adult
Difference of $4.26 (4.00 plus tax)
So, even though Disney hasn't announced a media release about the surcharges, based on the pricing in computer, the holiday surcharges will be in full effect for 2010. The CM said Disney should have released something by this point as it is already 2010, but we know how Disney has been lately with releasing info - slow!
