holiday AP rates?

Does anyone know, if AP and/or DC rates might be available 12/31/03-1/4/04? Would DC (expiring year end) if available be honored for add'l nights in 04 on this theoretical stay?

I wouldn't expect any AP rates checking in on New Years Eve...there aren't any over Christmas...and NYE and disney is huge, just like Christmas.
