a couple of people in our party may be late to our PS at Ohana's. Dinning tells me the won't let a partial party go ahead and be seated while waiting on the last person or two. Has anybody had any experience with this? This is not a large party and it is a fairly slow time, although I know Ohana's is a pretty busy place. Thanks for any help.

Yes, I just tell them we are ready to be seated, that we are NOT going to wait for the late people, and should they show up, they can be shown to our table and "catch up." I've not ever had a CM refuse to seat my party.

If you know someone can't make the current PS time, consider changing the time so that everyone can arrive together.

This has been my experience. They want everyone in your party present before seating. Maybe you could make a later PS time when your entire party can be seating together.

It's always the first question they ask, "Is everyone in your party here?" If not, I've been told, "Just come back and let us know when everyone arrives."

I wouldn't count on being seated without them.

On every occassion, I, too, have been asked, "is everyone in your party here?". Once we had someone missing and had to wait to be seated. People were seated in our place and we had to be put in the queue again. (The Plaza). We don't even check in at the kiosk until ALL of our party is present now. We probably eat in WDW 60 times a year (or more) and NEVER have we've been able to be seated with someone missing.

We showed up at 1900 Park Fare with 4 out of our 8. They wouldn't seat us either. We had confirmed that the rest of our party was on their way via car from CBR.

They were asking people all weekend long (this past weekend) if the whole party was there, so I would expect to wait to be seated.
