holding points-RCI?

can holding points be transferred into RCI? If I do it prior to 45 days before UY, do they count as non-restricted points?

I would like to know the answer to this also, although if they're still waiving the holding rules, it's a non-issue.

I asked this question today when I called to reallocate some points for my October trip and was told that currently the no holding policy remains in effect but that normal policy is that holding points can be placed into RCI the same as regular points.
