holding 2 reservations at once?

Help, I don't know what to do. I have reservations for PC for 14 nights starting Nov 1st, but now want to move our vacation up so we can do MNSSHP! My heart is now set on it! Our new dates would be from the 18th October. However we can't do this unless we get the AP rate , since we wouldn't be in value season anymore. I have already have most of the Nov 1st. reservation paid off. My question is, would I be able to make another reservation from Oct. 18th for 14 nights, and then if we got the AP rate later, cancel the other and apply the money I've paid to the Nov. ressie?

Thanks, as soon as I read what I posted, I saw that it was nothing to stress over .

You can hold 2 reservations at the same time as long as they are not for the same time frame.
So if one ressie is Oct 18th - 31st and the other is Nov 1st - 14th.......that is fine.

You just can't have one ressie for one resort and another ressie for another resort for the same dates.......a lot of people try this in order to wait for codes or if they are trying to decide which they want.
