This is ridiculous. DCL has to do better! Did you try the new reservation option? I surprisingly got through in seven minutes earlier today.

Wow ! We gave up yesterday after 1 hour 50 minutes thinking that was bad

The most annoying thing is it gave us the 'wait time' of 5 mins.
