Hold time this morning(7/28)???

MS just picked up. Hold time 1 Hour, 11 minutes. Just add 1 day. This crazy.

Calling right before they close is helpful. I called at 8:47 pm to do a points transfer and the wait was only listed at 36 minutes and actual was like 20ish. I think they want to go home so maybe they work faster and/or inflate the wait times like they do for rides at the end of the night?
