Hold time.. Is it always this long? Suggestions please!

I need to change the dates of our stay. I was on hold yesterday for an hour then had to hang out. Today I have been on hold for 47 mins. I tried logging in to see if my reservation was online and I could update it there but it's not and when I try to search for it I get an error. Any suggestions?

Call first thing in the morning. I got through in 45 minutes at 8:15am est. I read somewhere they open at 7:30am so you could try even earlier than I did.

I called at 6:50 am CST and got through in about 25 minutes last week.

Unfortunately it seems phone is the only option they have available for a lot of things that need to be done. Totally feel your pain!! I have been so frustrated with the UO phone wait times this week. We bought tickets last year and their value expires soon, ugh. When I called to book a date, I was on hold for two hours, it finally rang twice then it just hung up. I messaged UO on Twitter and they're just like uhh yeah sorry about that, call again! Based on what I'm hearing out of the UO parks this week and this experience, I am dreading our trip. We've been to Disney multiple times during the pandemic and I totally trust them. Just can't say the same for UO sorry for the rant!!!
