I can't believe some people are actually celebrating.

Obviously other countries take drugs more seriously than ours. And I'm not up enough on Russian law to know whether the sentence is harsh for them or not. And until I am, I'm not going to say whether this is fair, unfair or what have you. But if someone is celebrating this, maybe they should seek counseling.

I agree with you. It's never a great thing to celebrate someone's life being torn apart like this. Even if one agrees with a sentence, it is something to be treated seriously and somberly.
