Hojos has added some new dates in July and August for the entertainment rate

July 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 30 31
August 1, 9, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31

ahhh so close. They already had 2 of our dates up before, and we got our rate changed for those days (31st and 1st). I was hoping more of our days came up. I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed.

I do too! It's because we are completely sold out for the most of the month, so we don't have rooms to offer the ET Rate on! :\

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you though!

I know this doesn't help you now...but maybe for future...they had tons of dates available in September back in March. I grabbed several dates for our September trip back then. Hopefully some more will open back up!

How much is the entertainment discount? Is is more than the 20% AP rate? How do you get that rate?

Oh ya it's 50% it's the best ent. Rate out there you can get a king for 59$ and other room types from 69$ 79$ and $99 for a kids suite I would post the link but I am on my iPhone. Maybe someone else will come along with the rest of the info for you

It's a little late for the 13th isn't it? I hate when they do that. I've heard about other dis'ers being there and asking for the discountb the day it was posted, but geez, a little advance notice would be nice. (It happened to me once too and I didn't see it until it was too late - like the next day after I checked out.)

I got the Ent. Rate for our Fri and Sat. July 17 and 18 a while ago and was so excited, but wondered why they would release weekend dates instead of weekdays. I kept haunting the HoJo site to see if our Thurs. date would become available.

I got home yesterday about 5 pm and checked the HoJo site and YAY!! our date was available. I waited about 6 minutes on hold to get Jennifer in In-House reservations. She set me up with Thurs. Now my whole trip that I thought I would be paying the AP discount rate for is Ent. Rate!!! I asked her about the weekend versus weekday discount and she said in the summer it is backwards. Weekdays sell out much faster than weekends and the Ent. Rate can be available for weekends faster than weekdays. Good to know!

I never know when they're going to open or close those ET Dates, but whenever they do, I always update the 'When is the Entertainment Rate Available?' thread with those dates and that information as soon as I can, so definitely keep checking there! [We usually get a new calendar about once a week!]

Thanks for the heads up! Another date during our visit is now available so first thing tomorrow morning I'll call to arrange for that date. I think after that its only 2 nights during our trip that we're not getting the entertainment rate.

thanks! We had checked in today at the reduced rate for ent but when I reserved the 3 days we are here were not the 50% rate I called the front desk and they said it has been changed! I am so pleased. What a great deal! Thanks for the advice to stay here!

Some September dates may overlap my stay there. Just wondering, what is the NK1 room? We want 1 king bed, preferably bld1 facing DLR. Does that exist?
