Hojo improvements

I wasn't sure if it was ok to copy and paste, or add a link and didn't want to violate any rules. So I will just summarize. I was reading tripadvisor reviews for hojo, and if you scroll down a bit you will notice a customer complained that it is looking tired. There's a thorough response from the manager highlighting improvements they are working on. Including new windows for the building 1 highway facing rooms to help block out noise! I've never stayed in those rooms but I know people do complain about it. Just wanted to share. If anyone knows its ok to repost his message please do.

I've stayed in a room facing the highway and never had an issue. If you listen for the sounds then you'll hear it but even the balconies are double doored for this reason.

We just came back from a week at the Hojo (tower 1, 5th floor) and while we could (faintly) hear the highway once the A/C was on we could not hear it. Maybe we were too tired when we got back to the room or something but it did not bother us at all.

Personally, I don't understand the complaints. I've never been bothered by the noise in building 1.
