Been awhile since I booked hojo so if I see a date I want at 59 bucks and I book it for 4 days.

Do they charge my card for all 4 days?

If I decide we can't go and cancel do we get a full refund?

Anything else I need to know?

Due to the high demand of our "Retro Discount" we have implemented a non cancelable policy on these reservations to prevent "date hoarding" by making multiple tentative reservations.

• Retro Discount room reservations are charged at checkout.
• RD reservations cancelled prior to the arrival date will be charged 1 night's charge.
• If you add or subtract nights from a reservation (changes) we will not charge a fee.
• Mixed rate reservations will revert to the standard 48 hour cancellation policy
• Additional RD days may be added as they become available.

Notice in the link they have opened some more days in the next couple weeks if you are planning last minute. And a lot of dates in the least busy time of year, next Winter.

There have been some recent posts on here about the cancellation policy in reference to what is mentioned on Hojo's website. Kriss at Hojo's responded with the following information in a post a couple of weeks ago. :)

" If you speak to our in-house reservations team, they can give you a 30 day cancelation policy, instead of the non-cancelable one. So, if you see retro date become available go ahead a book a room. Once the dates are taken from our website we can no longer book rooms at the retro rate; they may become available again, but there is no guarantee on that. Keep checking our website to see is dates become available, remember they can change without notice, so just keep watching."

That is so good to know! They are very reasonable as well, when you deal with them directly, if it is a cancellation relating to health or some family crisis :thumbsup2

Do you have to show them the entertainment card? If so, where do you get one?

You have to buy an Entertainment book. Some have said that there are cards available for purchase on eBay too. But we use our book pretty frequently during the year.

What is the entertainment promo code to book online?

How to Book:

Make your reservation for the standard 15% Entertainment Card discount either on-line or by telephone. If the Special Retro Discount is available during your dates please call our friendly in-house reservations specialists with your confirmation number, and we'll apply the extra discount to your reservation.

•Online at hojoanaheim.com - simply enter LPEC in the reservations promo code box, and the 15% Entertainment Card discount will be applied to your reservation.
•HoJo Central Reservations (800)964-1786 - Mention the LPEC rate to the reservations agent to receive the discount.
•HoJoAnaheim In-House Reservations (714)776-6120 - Mention the LPEC rate to the reservations specialist to receive the discount and check for the Retro Discount.
•If the Retro Discount is available for your entire stay you may book online by entering LKEP in the reservations promo code box at http://www.hojoanaheim.com.

Check here for the latest Retro Discount availability.

**Most ET Cards are valid from November to November, so please make sure that you read the fine print on the Entertainment website and purchase the card that will be valid during the dates of your stay!**

:)

I know where to see the dates and stuff what I'm asking is the promo code sd50?

I would make the reservation by calling Hojo's and not by booking online. In the info. that I posted above, it mentions that they can give you a 30 day cancellation policy if you talk to one of their in-house reservation people. From some recent info. on here by another poster, that seems to mean that they can give you the 30 day cancellation policy ONLY if you book through their in-house people, and not through a reservation made online. :)

Thanks I'm calling them today and yes they told me 30 days out I could cancel no penalty

Also FYI you have to CANCEL via the in house ressie line. I recently cancelled one and called the normal 1800 ressie number, and they said the ressie was non-refundable. Then I called in house and was able to cancel it! (phew- i was sweating that).

Can someone tell me the actual name ..search term on ebay for the entertainment book? Nothing is coming up.
