wow, my ENT dates for my July 17-20th vaca were taken out too. how wierd!

ENT rates are a special rate for those who have an Entertainment book which gives you a special discounted rate for HOJO.
You can order the Entertainment books off of Ebay and it can be your local area and not Anaheim to use.

That just means they are full for rooms at that rate now.

Since they only have a certain number of rooms available at the ent. rate, that rate will disappear when all those rooms are booked. Since, July isn't very far away, and it's Summer time, it seems that the rates might be gone quite a while ahead of time. Sometimes they will appear again right before the date, if they have a lot of rooms open, but in Summer (or other busy times of year), that might not happen.

Hmm I am surprised that they still don't have dates for early October, but now they have it for the end of October. I wonder if they are expecting lower crowds right before Halloween? Maybe I should change my dates.

I remember they had early October dates a few months back but went away quickly! I didn't jump on those rates and lost out but I changed my vacation to the week earlier anyhow...yet still waiting for those dates
But, I think, if the dates have previously been offered and are taken away, it is more than likely not to appear again. But I am not 100% sure on that one since it all depends on how booked they are.

The availability of the rates is dependent on the availability of rooms. I have heard that the first half of October is often a busy time at DLR, so the rooms may already have passed the threshold booking for ET rates. I believe during the first half of October are Gay Days, CHOC walk, and Columbus day, so maybe that's why beginning of October might be busier than later in the month? Just speculating.

I just check the HOJO page frequently because the ET rates will become available or not as people cancel or book. I always feel like I just "won" something if one of my dates I have already booked comes down to a lower price and I can get the rate change.

I agree with you about the first half of October and what a busy time it is. .....Those were my thoughts exactly. We arrived at the beginning of the third week last year (18th) and stayed thoroughout the week. It was great and not very crowded.

I have the ET rate for Oct 9-14 but wanted to add 8th and its gone. So I will keep checking to see if it comes up. Maybe a little pixie dust will help.

What is UEA and when is it?

UEA is Fall Recess for all schools in Utah. It is Oct. 13-14th this year. It has been joked that UEA stands for Utahns Entering Anaheim. It creates major crowds and I have heard to stay away that whole week.

Well it is AZ fall break so my kiddos are out also. Not much we can do about than so we will just going know it may be a bit crazy (Halloween time will be worth it). Thank goodness for Ridemax.
