Ask as many questions as you like. Everyone on the this side of the Disboards is so helpful. I'll answer as much as I can, but I know others will be willing to help as well.
MiMi's is AWESOME! It is my favorite place to eat in or out of the parks. The corn chowder is incredibly good and their portions are quite large so split meals if you want to save money. Or take leftovers back to the HoJo (this is where that premium room microwave comes in handy).
I agree with DM....Mimi's is great. We ate there twice on our last trip. The spice muffins are my favorite...and the french onion soup!
We have one nearby and I've never had anything I didnt' like there.
