We are going in November. What to stay at contemporary or bay towers. I have checked the price Three times online Each time I check it's gone up significant amount each time. In the madder of 24 hours price went from 4100 to 6300. I really don't think hotel booked so fast but I guess possible. Is it to early to book now for nov. I know they say they will give. A promo if one comes out? If u call in.

Ps should say going lol!

The rates are set, they don't go up over time. You might have been looking at different views or room configurations. We're you searching the website for a package? If so the parts of the package might account for the rate difference.

I'm pretty sure you can book one year out, so you should be able to book a room now. Im not sure if 2013 rates are out yet, so if you book now under 2012 rates they might raise with the yearly increase

Were you looking at different room categories/views, room only, packages with or without dining, what number of ticket days, different options? The WDW website will sometimes tack on extras you don't want which will drive up the price - make sure you are unchecking the ones you don't want and then update the quote.

You can book now for Nov. '13 - 2013 rates are out and have been for a while. If you're booking room-only, you can actually do that 499 days ahead.

And yes, if a promo comes out they will apply it to your reservation, providing you don't have a discount applied already (you can't stack discounts, so you'd have to choose) and that there's a room available that will suit your needs under the promotion (ie: there's only so many rooms available under the discounts, not always what you want).

Ok i could of messed something up don't think so but I wil try and repeat it again. Was only standard view room at bt

Bay Lake Tower is a DVC resort and the majority of this resort has been sold to members. So that doesn't leave much for cash guests through Disney Reservation Center. And you won't find anything more than 11 months out. I'm surprised you could find anything this far out for cash through DRC at BLT.

How many in your party? If you are looking at a BLT studio and you have more than two people in the party, you won't want to stay in a studio. They are very small.

Wife and I and 5 and 3 year old

In that case, I would go with at least a one bedroom villa. When you open up the sleeper sofa, you pretty much have no room to move around. The bed is just inches away from the sleeper sofa.

I'd agree, I'm of the belief that the DVC studios were intended for singles or couples. and the BLT studios are the smallest of all. Sure, in a pinch, you could squeeze a couple little ones in the sofa bed. But it will be a squeeze. There's next to no floor space once the sofa bed is opened.

Remember, Disney's occupancy limits are the maximum number of people that you can stuff in the room without violating the fire code. It doesn't necessarily mean that that number of people will be comfortable in the room.

Ty for info on room size. I see the roof is 100 ft smaller than our room this year. But we wasn't n room much but I will check 1 bedroom price as well. We. Like it for location to mk

What u think about 2 bedroom if grandparents n other room? Is there enough separation? 1 bedroom is just to costly IMO lookin from out side n

If you are wanting location what about a garden view room at the Contemporary instead of a villa at BLT? They are huge and would work well for the 4 of you
