has any one used hoilday autos before? we made a booking last year with them for a mini van just picked up my voucher and have a few questions.

1 its says there should be 3 pages but when i questioned the tour operator who gave me my paperwork there said there keep page number 3 for them is this right?

2. so anyway we are useing alamo so since i work for alamo in the uk i ring sandford orlando just to make sure there have all my details. guess what no booking good job i checked, so i ring hoilday autos to let them know there but me on hold for 20 mins come back and tell me there will ring me back, 4 hours pass so i try them again this time there give me a conformation number and say every should be ok now there did forget to book ? so back on the phone to alamo orlando this time was told there have the booking so every think is ok.

just panicing a bit cause of this voucher bit iam shaw we need page 3 as this has the voucher on it and page 2 is terms and conditions and page 1 is just telling us the details of the car etc

what do you guys think should of booked direct but it was cheaper through hautos.

we have used them several times and last year I was like you I thought there should have been more paperwork but it was fine.

Page three shows the agent commission, that's why they don't send it to you, but its fine with the info you've got.

im currently driving around in a minivan arranged by holiday autos, and like you i didnt get page 3 of 3. the price was very good - 450 for 3 weeks fully inclusive, but the rental agent turned out to be one id never heard of, and off-airport. the car is good though, and only 8k on it.
