My dad is a wizard but my mom is a muggle. My older brother is a muggle as well. My dad was so happy when I got my letter.

I waved goodbye to my father on platform 9 and 3/4 as I took one step on the bus and knew that this place was for me. The smell of pumpkin pasties filled the air. I remembered when my father made some for my mother and I during the holidays. I walked down the train hallway looking for a place to sit until I found an empty compartment on the left. Everyone was bustling about so I hurridly entered the compartment and stuffed my things in the shelf above and took a few sickles from my pocket and began counting them. I wanted to make sure that I had enough money for a few treats on the way to school. This was going to be the most exciting thing that's happened to me in ages, and I couldn't wait.
