Augustus Rookwood: He flung around to see Melanie. "You are too late. Gillert will be back to life in a matter of minutes!" He said this, not realizing she had no idea what he was talking about.

Freya: "She wants Jackson. She wants her cousin. He is dying Melanie. Poison. As am I. You were foolish to come here though." She slowly started to walk towards Melanie.

Lucius: "Watch yourself Freya. She is a strong witch."

Professor Black: She knew it was time. Melanie let her hands fall to her sides and closed her eyes peacefully in what looked like suicide, but instead was a rescue mission. The killing curse had to hit something. She willed herself to create that same feeling of flowing water in her fingertips and knew it was done as Jackson was divided with the same barrier-like form from the rest of them, and, hopefully, the rest of the school from other death eaters. Melanie knew that Evan would recognize what it was.
She dodged the killing curse just in time. "I'm
not going to make the same mistake twice," she said.
OOC: I think I mentioned that her specialty is protection spells? This is the only way I could think of her beating Finch, and after what Lucius said it just seemed to make sense though I will say that It's not strong enough. If this could help out Lucas that would be great, and I'd like it to form in whichever room Evan is in. It should miss the rest of the school.

I would prefer to ask you something, if you don't mind, while we wait. Who did you kill last time?" She knew Finch would understand. She had been on the lookout for her aunt having known she was there though didn't see her. She had to make sure. If this was the woman who had killed Christine, she didn't know what she would do, but hopefully it wouldn't come to that.

Prof. Smith: He looked around as a sudden protection came up. It was a recognizable spell, it was one of Melanie's signature spells. He knew she was alive, and this comforted him more than anything.

Darius: Thanks to this sudden protection spell, it was quick work to get rid of the death eaters and protect his godson. Even Luke helped. All four of them were dead on the ground, one right after the other. Darius then pulled his godson into a furious hug. "Thank goodness you're safe. Why in Merlin's name did you leave the protected common room?"

Lucas: He was surprised by the embrace but didn't pull away. "Because I had to help you. I couldn't let you die."
