Ivy: "What are friends for?" Ivy nodded. "Oh yes, I'm so impressed."
MK: MK laughed. "You should be," she teased. "That took some serious skill."
Ivy: "What are friends for?" Ivy nodded. "Oh yes, I'm so impressed."
MK: MK laughed. "You should be," she teased. "That took some serious skill."
Ivy: "I can see that." Then she laughed, maybe it wouldn't be so bad as long as she had MK.
Alexei: Alexei sat with Luke, Adelle, Cindy and Jane. Defense Against the Dark Arts, Alexei had always been good at this class.
Lucas: The quidditch conversation had fizzled when they entered the class, but he didn't start it up again. He was sitting at the end of their row so he could get up and go on his crutches easier.
Cindy: Cindy looked at Alexei. "Hey," she said. "Excited for your first class of Hogwarts?"
Vanessa: Vanessa was running down the hall. She'd skipped breakfast, and was now most likely to be late to DADA thanks to her falling asleep in the Common Room. She saw Veronica and slowed down. "Where have you been?"
Veronica: "Mind your own business for once Amara, it's immature to be nosy," Veronica said imperiously. She had no patience for the likes of Vanessa Amara today. She walked into class hesitantly, not sure how everyone would react to her.
Prof. Linus: "First of all you are not late, second of all read the bored Vanessa." He sighed.Vanessa: Vanessa rolled her eyes. "Ouch, not even on first name basis. Rude!" She felt liked completely annoying everyone. Vanessa hurried past Veronica, and made it into the classroom just before her. "Sorry I was late, Professor," she said without a glance towards Linus. She sat in the back, waiting for his response.
Prof. Linus: "First of all you are not late, second of all read the bored Vanessa." He sighed.
Prof. Linus: He gave Veronica a careful look, meaning that he was sorry for what happened last night and he should not have brought a student to investigate something as dire as what happened. "Let me look at my notes." He glanced down. "Ah yes. You and Ms. Amara will be sitting together. Feel free to choose any desk."Veronica: Veronica walked in. "Good morning Professor," she said quietly. "Where do I sit?"
Feel free to choose any desk."
Professor Black: Melanie sat in her office with her face in her hands, trying to find a loophole in Linus's words. "Why, Dumbledore, couldn't you have lasted only a little longer? The school needs you," she said to herself, sighing. Although Melanie couldn't help but wonder why her father would appoint Linus as her legal guardian. Surely he knew how bad he was? Of course, Linus could have been lying to gain her trust. And so at this point, there was only one thing that she was certain of: She would watch closely over every student there was, hoping that it would ensure their safety.
OOC: I can't seem to NOT write a lot...
Prof. Linus: He gave Veronica a careful look, meaning that he was sorry for what happened last night and he should not have brought a student to investigate something as dire as what happened. "Let me look at my notes." He glanced down. "Ah yes. You and Ms. Amara will be sitting together. Feel free to choose any desk."
Veronica: Veronica took in his look and replied with a subtle nod that meant she was feeling better and had forgiven him. She was not pleased to be sitting near Amara, but patience would have to be in heavy supply. Anyway, it was only one class period.
Ivy: Ivy looked at MK. She was uncertain now. Assigned seats?
Prof. Linus: He was ready to get back to teaching. There was no way of the students knowing of the early morning events. He stood at the front of the classroom, and watched as students started to enter.
