"I've been speaking to many people and it has been decided that we will be having transfer students from the other wizarding schools, Beauxbatons and Durmstrang. The students will live in the Houses for a year, and if they enjoy it, they will possibly stay for next year." She looked around happily, wanting to take in everyone's reactions to the new. Perhaps this would shatter the awful tension and stress a few of the teachers had encountered today. She hoped it would do the very same for the students tonight when she made the announcement for the second time. Please don't let this end in disaster!

"I've been speaking to many people and it has been decided that we will be having transfer students from the other wizarding schools, Beauxbatons and Durmstrang. The students will live in the Houses for a year, and if they enjoy it, they will possibly stay for next year." She looked around happily, wanting to take in everyone's reactions to the new. Professor Black: Melanie had to balance herself at the shock of the news. She was horrified, as that meant there were so many more who would be in danger of whatever was in store. She didn't speak this, though, trying rather hard to look joyful like the others instead.

We've got to be on our guard; it is only ever more important now that we have exchange students coming.
Though we've got no idea whatsoever as to the meanings of today's events, there is still no doubt that this is only the beginning. Whoever's behind all this won't give up quickly."

Professor Smith: He looked at Professor Black. He was only a year older than her, they had both been in school the last time strange things began to go down. "With any luck, it won't be as bad this time. But you're right, we should be prepared in case things get worse." He paused and looked around at the teachers. "Nevertheless, what we have here is an opportunity. Not only will the students be interacting with people from other places, but also ideas, other ways of learning, new spells, and more really. We shouldn't pass up this opportunity. Things have been bad before, but it's Hogwarts. We'll make it through whatever this is."
