Lucas: "Yeah, I'm the Hufflepuff seeker, but if you can put rivalry aside I will too. Unfortunately I haven't been able to do that with the Slytherin seeker, she's a downright jerk."

Veronica: "Slytherins tend to be that way." It might be odd that she of all people was saying it, but then, she wasn't a jerk.

Veronica: Veronica shrugged. "The other Slytherins hate me because I'm not like them, and the other three houses hate me because I'm Slytherin. And to think I almost wasn't Slytherin. I wwas a hatstall, it took about ten minutes to sort me, the hat couldn't decide between Slytherin, Ravenclaw and Gryffindor. The only reason he decided on Slytherin was because my entire life I've been working on trying to become a Healer. The hat saw it as ambition."

"I see. Ambition is a good thing. It's a shame so many Slytherins use it poorly. I'd hate to be in the same house as Braxton. Where do you want to heal? Hogwarts, Diagon Alley, Hogsmeade?"

Veronica: Veronica shuddered. "Braxton is horrible. And I'd like St. Mungo's, but it's pretty competitive to get into Mungo's, so my back ups are here at Hogwarts and over at Beauxbatons, the current nurse there is a good friend of my mother's, so I could get a recommendation."
