Professor Black: Melanie sat down beside her and began muttering spells until the would began to close. Carefully she lifted Nagini's pale wrist and felt her pulse, counting softly to herself. "She's lucky," she said after a moment.

Jackson: He hugged Mel. "Thank you Mom."

Gabrielle: she let out a sigh of relief and smiled at Jackson. He needed a mom, and professor Black was sure to be a good one.

Professor Black: She nodded, touched. Never before had someone so closely related (who hadn't already been killed, that is) said something so kind and gratefully, even if it was the boy she would care for.

Gabrielle: She took the little girl away from the unconscious girl with a face full of blood. "Hi! I'm Gabrielle! What's your name?" She tried to distract the girl from what was going on.

Holly: She flipped her head around. "What's she doing here?" she asked, puzzled.

Jane: " I um..."

Lily: " Are you wizards like mummy and daddy?" she asked.

Jane: " I totally knew I lived next door to wizards for 13 years." she said nervously.

Gabrielle: She took the little girl away from the unconscious girl with a face full of blood. "Hi! I'm Gabrielle! What's your name?" She tried to distract the girl from what was going on.

Lily: " Hi, I'm Lily!" she said. " I was at Disney before!"

OOC: my entire neighborhood is full of little kids, and I'm the oldest teen, and the only one that babysits. I talk like that on a regular basis. All the kids love me. They're cute, but they can get annoying. But mostly cute.

Professor Black: She nodded. "Keep her out of harm's way, though it sounds as if she's protected for a while based on what you've told me. Nagini will need to be watched over as well, at least until she comes around. I've put strong protections on the school. If you leave and try to come back onto grounds, you'll disintegrate on the spot. Please remember that. And one of you will be needing to check the protection-just to be sure-every hour or so. I don't know how long we'll be gone."

OOC: she's not leaving until tomorrow in real world time.
