Holly: Having been a naturally talented flyer and keeper, she kicked off and flew smoothly into the air. Holly had been on the Gryffindor quidditch team since her second year (as first weren't allowed their own broomsticks).

OOC: going from the books they weren't, anyway

Lucas: "Why not?" He shouted back.

Fiona: She kicked off into the air and soared. It felt amazing.

Gabrielle: "I'm going to look for her." She walked to the great hall and saw Zi sitting alone. She sat down next to her. "Hi."

Zi: She jumped in surprise. She hadn't expected anyone to still be in the Great Hall by now - breakfast was almost over. Zi glanced at the speaker. It was Gab. Zi swallowed her food. "Hi." She said, trying to convey as little emotion as possible.

Gabrielle: "I'm really really sorry about earlier, I-I really didn't mean to hurt you. I am really sorry I punched you. I was just really upset."

Jane: " Her name is Dot. She is a friend of Zi's. I can't let anything happen to her, now that she has joined. We need to figure out where she is first though. Since she is a Ravenclaw, we might find her in the common room, or at breakfast. I'll get into the common room, and you can go in the great hall. Is that okay?" she asked Candace.

Dot: in the Ravenclaw common room, she rolled a piece of parchment that contained a handwritten note. She held it out to her agile, honey-colored cat, Beanie, who took it gently with his teeth. "Take this to Zi," Dot said, smiling gratefully at her cat who could deliver messages faster than many owls could. Her cat replied with a flick of his whiskers and a sincere-sounding meow, then took off at lightening speed down the corridor outside Ravenclaw.

Cindy: Out of the window, she saw some people on brooms, and decided to go watch. She headed down and paused, wondering if she should ask to join them, or wait and see if they invited her to.

Cindy: She hesitantly waved. "Hi, Alexei! Would you mind if I joined you?" Her last birthday present from her mother had been a broomstick, and it had been a while since she had flown.

Gabrielle: "I'm really really sorry about earlier, I-I really didn't mean to hurt you. I am really sorry I punched you. I was just really upset."

Zi: "It's alright, I mean, I can understand why you would feel that way." She touched her nose that the nurse in the Hospital Wing had fixed with a twirl of her wand, along with the bruised bump on her head. Zi tried to think of something that might lighten the mood a little, but her mind went blank. She felt bad for Gab, for all of the pain she had to endure. "I should have left Jackson from the start. I knew I was making the wrong choice by staying with him when clearly, you two were meant for each other. I should have just told him that. But it was so hard. I guess I just liked all the attention. I've never really had that from a guy before."

Cindy: She hesitantly waved. "Hi, Alexei! Would you mind if I joined you?" Her last birthday present from her mother had been a broomstick, and it had been a while since she had flown.

Candace: "Perfect. I'll send you an owl if can't find her there." She wasn't sure she knew where the Ravenclaw room was, so she was glad she had been assigned to the Great Hall.

Cindy: She hesitantly waved. "Hi, Alexei! Would you mind if I joined you?" Her last birthday present from her mother had been a broomstick, and it had been a while since she had flown.

Alexei: "Nope, grab your broom!"

Fiona:" Sure!" she said, zooming past Cindy, but careful not to hit her.

Cindy: "Thanks." She summoned her broom and mounted. She'd always wanted to play Quidditch, however something had always held her back. She took to the air, feeling at ease. She flew next to Fiona. "Hey," she said. Then she sped ahead. "Try and keep up!" she laughed.

Candace: "Perfect. I'll send you an owl if can't find her there." She wasn't sure she knew where the Ravenclaw room was, so she was glad she had been assigned to the Great Hall.

Jane: She answered the question and got in. She saw Dot, and sent a patronus to Candace. She watched the silver cat run away. It was beautiful. She sat down near Dot and put a book in front of her face as if reading. That would keep Dot from recognizing her.

Fiona: She raced next to Cindy. " I love this!" she shouted over the roaring wind.
