Holly: "It doesn't really matter. I'd be fine going by myself."

Claire: "Really? I think a date would be fun. Wouldn't be terrible not to get a date, but it'd be nice. I'm new and don't know many guys so I'll probably go solo too."

Chris: Chris patted Lori's head. "You have us."

Lori: Lori tried to smile. "That is good."

Chris: "Why don't you go hang out with your friends? I'm sure they'd love to catch up."

Lori: Her smile faltered. "I'll try." She left.

Chris: Was it something he had said? "All I said was 'go play with your friends.'"

Lori: She knew Chrissy had just wanted her to be friends with someone and she decided to give her last friend one chance. She said, "Hi there."

Friend: She ignored Lori.

Mari: she sighed and walked over to Lori and the girls who were ignoring her. Being a seventh year she had a bit of power in the school. "Hey, all you girls. I know you all know Lori, but you're ignoring her. Cut it out, it's really annoying. Lori is great and you should be lucky she thinks of you bloody idiots as friends."

Holly: "Yeah. I'm sure you'll be asked by someone. There are a lot of friendly people around here."
