Melanie: "Of course." She sent a patronus to Jackson.

Under the username where you can put that phrase, the tag fairy can color it, or in the past when people didn't have one they could make requests if the tag fairy said they were giving them a tag.

For example, MickeyisBeast (Sarah) has like three because Tag Fairy decied to give he three tags.

Usually you get them if you post something that amuses or interests the tag fairy.
