is Hogwarts Express handicap accessible?? My husband will have to use an ECV this year and we aren't familiar with the handicap rules at Universal.

I believe they have to transfer to a regular wheelchair at the station. Once you get to the platform, you have to leave the rental wheelchair/ECV/stroller. When you get to the other park, you can claim another rental wheelchair/ECV/stroller for free.
