Hogs wart express and entry into the park with a 2 year old

Taking the family to Universal with park hopper tickets for everyone. My 2 year old who will be 3 a week after we go will go in for free based on the age requirements. My question is

1. Since she looks already 3 should I take the borth certificate to prove age?

2. Will we be able to get into hogswart since she wont have a ticket because she is 2?

Usually is the honor system so no need for birth certificate.

She'll be able to go everywhere the family can including Hogwarts Express. I'm not sure if strollers are allowed aboard so just be aware of that.

Also if you have no been with kids that are too short to ride know that Universals child swap is a little different then Disney's. I believe everyone goes in line and then the parent staying behind waits in a holdinng area with the kids and then the parents swap there after the first one rides so the second can ride with no wait.

She will be treated just like she has a ticket. I wouldn't think you need to bother with birth documentation.

Strollers are allowed on Hogwarts Express.

I took my nephew in October when he was 2 1/2, and he was treated like he had a ticket like the person above stated. They never asked for any documentation, and if he's still 2 by the time you go even if it is by a few days of his birthday, you shouldn't have any problems.

Strollers are indeed allowed at th Hogwarts Express. You have to fold it and hand it to the employee when you're about to enter the train. They put it on the front of where the different compartments are, and when you get off on the other side, they will have them as soon as you step out.
