We like eating at HOB as well, but the GB fare is not very similar to the regualr menu. We thought the food was very good (brunch food), but the lines for food moved slowly, and the entertainment was pretty loud.
I'm glad we did it once to see for ourselves, but we haven't felt compelled to return in the past 5+ years.
Overall value for us was a C, which means it falls in the 'okay' category. Would we do it again, sure, some day. Have we rushed back there since then, no.
