Even tho' I'm still waiting for Disney to ring and make the arrangements for my competition win :sad2: I'm in full planning mode :rotfl:

Just wondered if anyone has a copy of the HNY leaflet you get when checking in (the hotel layout plan etc) that they could scan and email me?

Can't find it now but sure I saw a TR or review where someone had a ground floor room which had a small patio? Do all the ground floor rooms have patio doors? Anyone that's stayed there recently got any suggestions for 'nice' rooms?

TIA

:headache: Cleared out Dtr's bedroom yesterday and recycled all the rubbish she had been keeping for ages and that included all the floor plans of everywhere we had ever stayed. :headache:

Last time we had two ground floor rooms, both had large patio doors. I think all the ground floor rooms do. Outside is a small paved area, but there were no table/chairs. Also, to be honest it was a bit dirty, with cigarette ends/packets lying around.

However, we did have a great location. Our rooms were in Gramercy Park, which is the side that the swimming pool is located. We were about a 3 second walk from the entrance to the lesiure area which was very handy when we had finished swimming. We just wrapped ourselves in towels and popped back to the rooms to get showered and changed. The pool changing area is not very big.

I've got the leaflet for the hotel, but can't scan it until I get back to work next week - here are a couple of pictures meantime:

Parkside Diner - can recommend the evening buffet

Also a great place for photos with characters each day

Noooo - how could you :rotfl: I'm gonna sound really sad now but all my stuff from previous visits is neatly filed - well it's all in a box together anyway, old tickets, receipts, neatly folded carrier bags, luggage tags, all the old brochures :lmao: my excuse is that at some point I will get round to doing a proper memories scrapbook and some of it might just be useful :rolleyes1

Julie - thanks for the info and the photo's, very helpful :thumbsup2
